A #3 - Unfortunately, no we cannot accept any returns or refunds due to the digital nature of the purchase as all sales are final.
Q #4 - How can I download my purchased ebooks?
A #4 - After your purchase has been confirmed you'll receive a download link via email and once you click on it just follow the download instructions and you'll be able to get your ebooks immediately after the process is complete. "Important: If you don't see the email in your regular inbox, please check your Promotions, Updates, and Spam/Junk folders-sometimes automated download link emails could be there.
Q #5 - Is there a limit to how many devices I can use to read my ebooks?
A #5 - Yes. Typically you'll be able to read your ebooks on up to two devices. A smartphone and a laptop. Note: Always log out if you're switching devices from one to another.
Q #6 - How do I fix if I run into a problem with the downloading process?
A #6 - First check your internet connection and make sure you're using a compatible device for PDF downloads otherwise you won't get your ebooks.
Q #7 - Are there any age restrictions for purchasing mystery, thriller, or suspense ebooks?
A #7 - There's no age restrictions for purchasing those types of books but overall they're more suited for adult readers as some titles may contain mature content.
Q #8 - Will my personal/financial information be secure when making purchases from your site?
A #8 - Absolutely yes. How do we do that well for starters we take extra security measures with having an SSL (Security Socket Layer) certificate which blocks your information automatically from ever showing up during transactions on the site.
Q #9 - What if I wanted to cancel my order of the ebooks immediately after I purchased them?
A #9 - Sorry, but no once the sale has been made for the ebooks all sales are final again due to the immediate access of the ebooks after the order goes through. There's no way to stop the order.
Q #10 - How often will you be releasing any new mystery, thriller, suspense novels?
A #10 - There isn't an exact date but all I can say is new material will be released ASAP. I will be releasing a newsletter soon and for those who subscribe to it will be the first to know when my new releases will be coming. You can also follow P.W. Q #11 - I noticed I didn't see a credit/debit card option to make a payment only Paypal and Venmo. What if I don't have a Paypal or Venmo can I still make a purchase on your site?
A #11 -I'm sorry to say but no. The only way you can make a purchase on the site is to sign up for a Paypal account which is free and takes a few minutes. Also, if you have a Venmo account. Most banks offer this feature and it takes a few minutes as well. Please check with your bank to see if they offer this feature.
